How the Japan preorders work

  1. You reserve a slot. Preorder items are paid upfront. That's what funds the consolidated bulk order and keeps preorder pricing low.
  2. The drop closes. On the closing date we place one consolidated order in Japan for everything reserved.
  3. It ships to our US facility, then to you. Bulk shipping across the ocean is far cheaper than individual international orders, and that saving is passed on to you.
  4. 3-5 weeks, and you get tracking. We send status updates by email at every stage. If a drop cannot be fulfilled on the Japan side, you receive a full refund, automatically.

Merch and vintage items are in hand and ship in a few days. The wait only applies to preorders.
