Shipping

In-stock items (merch, vintage, singles) ship within 2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
Preorder items ship 3-5 weeks after the drop closes. See the preorder section below.
We currently ship to the US and Canada. Canadian orders may be charged import fees by your carrier; those are not ours and we can't waive them.
You get a tracking number by email the day your order ships.

Wrong, damaged, or missing item: email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We refund in full or reship, your choice. You don't pay return shipping for our mistakes.
Changed your mind: unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You cover return shipping; we refund the item price once it arrives back.
Opened blind-box products (Random Boosters) can't be returned for the blade you pulled. That's the nature of the product and it's stated on every listing.
Preorders: full refund any time before the drop closes, no questions. After we've placed the order in Japan, refunds are issued if we can't fulfill. See below.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

To start a return or dispute, email us (address below) with your order email and what happened. A human reads it, usually the same day.

Preorder items are paid up front. That's what funds the consolidated bulk order from Japan. It's how a small shop gets you Takara Tomy product without warehouse pricing.
Expected timeline is 3-5 weeks from the drop's closing date. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs and supplier delays happen.
If a drop is delayed, you'll hear from us by email and on the channel before you have to ask.
If we can't fulfill your preorder for any reason (supplier shortage, cancellation, loss in transit) you get a full refund, automatically, no argument.

Every product listing states exactly what you're getting: Takara Tomy (Japan code), Takara Tomy (Asia code), Hasbro, or clearly-labeled reproduction. We never mix these up, and if a listing is ambiguous, ask before you buy.
Japan-code and Asia-code BeyCodes register in different regions of the Beyblade X app. If the code region matters to you, check the listing; it is always stated.
Used and vintage items are photographed individually; the photos are the exact item you receive.

We collect what an order needs: your name, email, shipping address, and phone (for the carrier). Payment details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
If you join the email list, you'll get drop announcements and restocks. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works the first time.
If you start a checkout and don't finish, we may send one reminder email. One.
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except the services that make the store run (Stripe for payments, our email provider for receipts, the carrier for delivery).
Want your data deleted? Email us and it's done within 30 days.
